All products, templates, and subscriptions sold on NewAI are digital and instantly accessible after purchase. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be granted under the following conditions:

  • The customer was charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.

  • The product link or access was not delivered within 24 hours of successful payment.

  • The product purchased is completely non-functional, and our support team fails to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your complaint.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
